Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on 2 December 1981, in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her appearances on movies and television shows. Brandt made her debut as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with her role as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in numerous television series in the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt was the main character Mazikeen since 2016. The series Lucifer stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt has a family in Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she relocated from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her parents and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career through ads and commercials. Prior to when she had a career as a model, Brandt was a saleswoman working in retail and an IT recruitment consultant. In 2009, she landed her first role in Leilani as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021, she had her first big appearance in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl, Naevia. The role of Naevia has also been reprised by her in the Spartacus mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred alongside the actor Craig Parker in three different television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She also began to portray the role of a bounty hunter named Mazikeen on the Netflix show Lucifer. The role she played in Lucifer is the biggest one to date. The show features her co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
